Position Overview: Fuel Attendant

As a Fuel Attendant at the GWK Fuel Station, you will handle fuel operations, control stock, and provide top-notch customer service. You’ll be the friendly face that keeps customers coming back, ensuring smooth fuel transactions and maintaining the station’s cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service at Fuel Pumps: Assist customers with fueling, ensuring they have a pleasant experience.
- Build Quality Customer Relationships: Establish positive connections with customers, enhancing their loyalty to our station.
- Fuel Stock Control: Oversee fuel stock levels, making sure everything runs efficiently.
- Support During Fuel Deliveries: Help manage deliveries and ensure proper handling of fuel stock.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the site tidy, adhering to high standards of housekeeping.
- General Tasks: Perform additional duties as needed to keep the station running smoothly.
Requirements for the Role

- Education: Minimum of Grade 12.
- Basic Skills: Ability to read and write.
- Availability: Willing to work shifts, including weekends, within a 24-hour setting.
