The program’s goal is to upskill and empower young people to become future entrepreneurs so they are prepared for the possibility of starting their own small-scale telecom distribution companies.
U-Belong represents an exciting collaborative initiative forged between Blu Train and U-Belong, designed to address the pressing issue of youth unemployment in South Africa. This comprehensive job program, aptly named U-Belong, focuses specifically on providing employment opportunities to young South African individuals aged 18 to 28. Beyond simply offering jobs, the core ambition of the U-Belong program is to cultivate essential skills and empower these young participants, equipping them with the knowledge and resources necessary to become successful future entrepreneurs.
