Responsibilities:
As a General Office Worker at Natra-Heal Wellness, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Providing comprehensive administrative support to our team, including tasks such as data entry, file management, and general office duties.
• Executing basic computer tasks, such as document creation, email correspondence, and utilizing Microsoft Office applications to assist with various projects.
• Maintaining a well-stocked and organized office supply inventory, ensuring that all necessary materials are readily available for our staff and customers.
• Assisting our customer service team with processing and fulfilling customer orders, answering inquiries, and providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Keeping your workspace and the overall office environment tidy, organized, and presentable, contributing to a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, we are seeking individuals who possess the following qualifications:

• Proficient in basic computer skills, including a strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – prior experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with our team and customers.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude, showcasing a genuine passion for wellness and customer service.
