We are seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to join our team as an Administrator/Data Capturer. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and data-related tasks that are crucial to the smooth operation of our organization.

Key Requirements: Data Capturer

  • Sage Pastel Knowledge: Experience with Sage Pastel accounting software is highly desirable. You should be comfortable navigating the system, performing accounting tasks, and generating financial reports.
  • General Computer Knowledge: Proficiency in using various software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), is essential. You should be able to type accurately and efficiently, and have a good understanding of data entry, document management, and electronic filing.
  • Excellent Telephonic Skills: Strong communication skills are a must, as you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, responding to inquiries, and providing excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
  • Own Transport: Due to the location of our office, it is important that you have access to reliable personal transportation to commute to work.

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this position will be a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized individual with a keen eye for accuracy. You should have a proven track record of working in an administrative or data-related role, and be able to demonstrate your ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Location:
This position is based in Howick, KwaZulu-Natal, or the surrounding area. We are looking for applicants who live within a reasonable distance of our office to ensure a smooth and efficient commute.
