Administrative Clerk Position Available
We are seeking a talented and experienced administrative clerk to join our team . The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative duties, playing a crucial role in the smooth running of our operations.
Key Requirements:
- Matric/High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create spreadsheets, analyze data, and generate reports
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and general administrative tasks
- Provide customer service support, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team
