REQUIREMENTS : Standard 10 or grade 12 Senior Certificate. three – five years’ ride in Human Resource Practices. PERSAL Certificates. Previous and modern work experience/ certificates of provider is obligatory which is recommended and signed by means of Human Resource Department. Recommendation: Drivers Licence Knowledge, Skills, Training and Competencies: Knowledge of Public Service prescripts and Human Resource Management policies. Broad know-how of PERSAL system. Computer Literacy i.e.

Spreadsheets (MS Excel), phrase processing (MS Word), E-mails (Outlook) and Presentations (PowerPoint). Ability to hold excessive degree of confidentiality. Sound administration of negotiation, interpersonal, verbal exchange (written and verbal) hassle fixing and supervisory skills. In-depth know-how of Human Resource practices and labour relations. Ability to draw and analyse PERSAL reports. Strong management skills. Interpersonal skills. Problem Solving and Decision Making skills.

DUTIES : Manage day to day functioning of Human Resource Practices. Ensure that the employment practices i.e. recruitment and selection, appointments, verification of qualifications, transfers are in accordance with the laid down insurance policies and procedures. Supervise the processing of price for exit advantages for personnel exiting the public service. Ensure fine debt administration for in-service and out of carrier staff. Ensure that the price of all fringe advantages and allowances are accomplished accurately. Formulate interior insurance policies and procedures.

Check and approve/disapprove PERSAL transactions in accordance to delegations. Manage and keep workforce information on leave, PILIR, housing allowance, damage on responsibility and associated matters. Management of beyond regular time and commuted overtime. Prepare reviews on Human Resource administration problems and statistics. Assess personnel overall performance and practice discipline. Exercise direct manipulate and supervision of staff.

Orientate and educate newly appointed group of workers and in-service team of workers on Human Resource matters.
