SENIOR PERSONNEL OFFICER: HRD REF NO 36/2023 Sub-Directorate: HR Utilisation & Development SALARY : R241 485 per annum (Level 06), plus benefits CENTRE : Pretoria REQUIREMENTS : A 3-year applicable tertiary qualification (NQF 6) in the areas of Human Resources Development/ Training and Development/ Human Resources Management or equal and at least 1-2 years fantastic trip in Human Resources Development.

You might check

High degree of laptop literacy and sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of HRM/D regulation and policies, know-how of the thought in the subject of HRD. Good communication, planning and organising skills. Proven laptop literacy, consisting of Ms Word and Ms Excel. Good presentation capabilities and document writing skills. Ability to pay attention to element and work inside deadlines.

DUTIES : The profitable candidate will be accountable to render HRD provider in the Department. This will include: Assist to organize quick courses, conferences and seminars. Assist with Learnerships, internships and experiential coaching programs. Assist to coordinate the Departmental Induction and Compulsory Induction Programme (CIP). Assist with the guide in relation to the Training policy, HRD plan, WSP and applicable legislative frameworks. Assist with HRD administrative aid which include bursary administration.
