Technical competencies: In depth knowledge and perception of: Filling system, Mail process manual,Promotion of get admission to to data Act and National archives.DUTIES : The profitable candidate will function the following duties: Provide registry services: Receive and register hand delivered documents and documents, preserve accurate record, and preserve registers.

Render an fine filling and report management services: Opening and closing archives in accordance to file classification system, right allocation of reference numbers in accordance to the approved file plan, filling/ storage, tracing (electronically/Manually) and retrieval of files and files, whole index playing cards for all files, Ensure protected custody of all records. Process files for archiving and/or disposal: Sortand bundle archives for archives and distribution, Compile listing of files to be archived and put up to the supervisor, Dispose, and switch qualifying clothto country wide archives.
