REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 / Senior Certificate plus Certificate in Human Resources Management field
and one (1) yr applicable experience. Knowledge: Departmental insurance policies and
procedures, Batho Pele Principles, HRM relate structures (PERSAL), Employment Equity
Act, Public Service Regulations. Skills: Verbal and written communication, Interpersonal
Relations, Planning and organizing, Computer literacy, Analytical.


DUTIES : Facilitate and supply administrative help for provider advantages of employees. Provide
support to the recruitment and determination process. Capture and replace all private data
on the PERSAL system.Attend to purchasers enquiries.
