DUTIES : The profitable candidate will be required to operate the following functions:
Securing and high-quality personnel registry carrier in MB area. Ensuring tightly closed
personnel registry carrier to all clients. Effective administration in the
personnel registry. Execution of the day by day events of the in Personnel Registry.


The receiving of incoming restricted, personal archives on Personnel
files. Do all the administration in for your workplace with regards to receiving and
dispatching of Personnel files. Ensure the provision of personnel documents on
request. The events of archives to clients. The evaluation of archives wrt confined
and exclusive documents. The receiving of incoming restrained and
confidential documents.

Security manage inside the personnel registry. Open all
personnel archives beneath supervision of man or woman in manage of the registry. Ensure
that a manipulate card is used for each file which is opened. Person’s pressure variety
must be on till listing available. No duplicated archives may also be opened. Make positive
of the quantity quantity of personnel file. Ensure each non-public file has a
register card (register for open and closed files). The potential to render personnel
service independently. The renovation of personnel files. Record retaining
with full history.
