DUTIES : Capture statistics and audit of items received. Collate dealer and inner documents for authorization and grant to CPD. Collate and file corresponding documents as per branch popular working process (SOP). Manage associated administrative tasks. Involvement in taking pictures of cyclical and full stock take processes. Perform any different responsibilities assigned by way of Pharmacy Manager / Drug Controller. Assist in completion of RSo1 and submissions to relevant authorities for approval.
Assist with monitoring of orders and outstanding others. Actively take part as a member of a group to attain goals. Communicate successfully to help different crew players.
