Job opening for entry-level administrator

A Private Institution in Ixopo is urgently looking for a Junior Office Administrator to join our team.


We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is able to multitask and complete tasks in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and be able to prioritize tasks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office such as answering phones, filing, data entry and ordering supplies.

They will also be required to help with the coordination of events and activities. The candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills as well as a good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
