The Investigating Directorate is searching for an Administrative Clerk to join their team in Pretoria. The successful candidate should possess a Grade 12 or equivalent qualification and demonstrate competency in acting independently, professionally, accountably, and with credibility.

The Administrative Clerk will be responsible for providing registry counter services, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, rendering an effective filing and record management service, operating office machines related to registry functions, as well as processing documents for archiving and disposal.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential in this role along with proficiency with MS Word, Excel, MS Office Suite and Outlook. Knowledge of storage retrieval procedures within the public service framework is also necessary. Planning and organization skills are necessary to succeed in this role.

This position offers a salary of R202 233 per annum (Level 05), excluding benefits.
