REQUIREMENTS :

Needing a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent, the ability to act with autonomy, professionalism, responsibility and credibility. Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint is essential. Good organizational and planning abilities as well as communication and administrative aptitudes are necessary. Must be capable of working autonomously in stressful conditions with integrity and dependability. Flexibility to work overtime is mandatory along with excellent administration skills.

DUTIES :

Answering incoming calls; keeping up to date staff extension numbers register; registering daily inquests coming into the section; reporting broken machines; attending to people at reception desk; sorting out incoming faxes and distributing them accordingly; maintaining a list of outgoing mail; keeping track of telephone numbers list.
